Description Sweet potatoes are delicious cooked in simple ways and roasting is one of them.

  • 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3 Tbs olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
Methods/steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the sweet potatoes in an oven proof pan. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and turn to coat.
  3. Roast for 40-45 minutes or until tender inside and golden brown outside.
  4. Serve warm.
