Probably you have already guessed: Horseradish and wasabi, between spices and flavorings, hyssop, between aromatic herbs. There will be another chance to receive a free cooking book by sending your contributions about chocolate and cocoa. You can start collecting those truffle, chocolate chip cookie recipes, and astounding chocolate Swiss roll from now. Remember, you can use the same list of ingredients as other recipe, but the instructions have to be in your own words.

The other sections will be a month in review of what was added and updated at All Foods Natural during January, in case you did not have time to visit. We are revamping the site RSS feeds.
