- 4 cup sliced apples
- 1/2 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted
- 2 tsp tapioca or cornstarch
- 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
Methods/steps
- Mix apples and all ingredients until well coated. Pour into pastry shell and top with pastry.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
