Another way to enjoy healthy salmon, and so easy to prepare. Cook the parcels either in the oven or the grill.

Methods/steps
| 1 | Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare 4 kitchen foil rectangles large enough to wrap the salmon fillets. |
| 2 | On each rectangle, spread 1 tsp olive oil -to prevent sticking- and set in the middle 1 salmon steak. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle dill on top and drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil. |
| 3 | Wrap it loosely and transfer to the oven tray. Cook 15 minutes in the middle of the oven. |
| 4 | Serve the parcels and let everyone open theirs to fully appreciate the aroma of dill. |
