Dill Salmon Parcels
Description Another way to enjoy healthy salmon, and so easy to prepare. Cook the parcels either in the oven or the grill.

4 salmon fillets, 5 oz each
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dried dill leaves or 1 tsp fresh dill leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Methods/steps
1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare 4 kitchen foil rectangles large enough to wrap the salmon fillets.
2 On each rectangle, spread 1 tsp olive oil -to prevent sticking- and set in the middle 1 salmon steak. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle dill on top and drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil.
3 Wrap it loosely and transfer to the oven tray. Cook 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.
4 Serve the parcels and let everyone open theirs to fully appreciate the aroma of dill.
