Dill Vinegar
Ingredients
At a glance
2 1/2 cups white wine vinegar
1-2 Tbs dill seed
1-2 sprigs dill
Methods/steps
1 Pour the vinegar into a jar or bottle, add dill seed and leaves. Close tightly with a cork. Let it steep for two weeks.
2 Strain the flavored vinegar into a sterilized jar. Use as dressing.
