Fajita Meat Marinade
Description This marinade adds an oriental touch to fajita meat and it is extremely flavorful with chicken, as well as beef meat.
Ingredients

  • 1 pound meat
  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • 2½ tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large clove garlic, crushed or ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger or 3/8 tsp ground ginger
Methods/steps
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Try to mix well.
  2. Place in marinating pan, add meat, cover, place in the fridge and marinate for 6 hours, or overnight, before grilling.
Additional Tips

Both flank steak or sirloin come out good.

You can use a sealed plastic bag instead of a pan to marinate the meat.
