Glazed Chicken Drumsticks
Description The ketchup, honey and mustard glaze adds a nice flavor and makes the chicken moist. Perfect for both, outdoors and indoors, grilling.

8 chicken drumsticks

For the glace

  • 2 Tbs tomato ketchup
  • 2 Tbs brown sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp clear honey
  • ½ tsp French mustard
Methods/steps
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the glaze.
  2. Cut the skin of the drumsticks 3-4 times and coat with the glaze.
  3. Grill for 15 minutes, turning frequently.
Additional Tips

Serve with ketchup with a salad and rice on the side. Make a perfect light meal by serving only one drumstick per person packed with the salad inside of a pitta pocket.
