Melon and Serrano Ham Soup
Description Sweet melon and savory ham are perfectly matched. This time they are presented as a cold soup.

  • 2 medium size melons
  • ¾ cup serrano ham shredded
  • salt and pepper
  • toasted bread or croutons to garnish
Methods/steps
  1. Peel melons, discard seeds an dice. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Chill for 1 hour minimum.
  2. Serve in soup bowls, topped with shredded Serrano ham and with toasted bread on the side.
