For those who are unable to go to the traditional residential program, Structure House designed 3 day retreats intended to introduce the program's philosophies in a condensed format. An online program is also in the works and should be ready to go soon! If anyone is interested in learning more about Structure House I would be glad to help!

Great ideas! How about hard-cooked (boiled) eggs? You can make them at the beginning of the week and they will keep in your fridge for 5 to 7 days. Just peel and eat, or use them to make egg salad to fill the tortillas.

Here is another great idea I came across.

I just found this great Valentine’s Day cookbook packed full of cherry recipes and best of all it is free. I downloaded it yesterday and I am already planning a great dinner with my boyfriend.

With money being tight this year, I was looking for some unique ways to have a great Valentine’s Day and this will certainly help. Here is a link if you want to download it: traversebayfarms.com/valentines-day-recipes.htm

I am wondering if anyone finds that green peppers seem to be the culprit in weird dreams. It seems like everytime I have one I have eaten green peppers the day before.
