Low calorie sauce recipes

There are some low calorie natural options to serve on the side. A basic apple sauce is both, nutritious and low calorie, not like white sauce or any other cream based sauce. Again a basic tomato sauce, again, is a good natural way to accompany a dish and it doesn’t pile on the calories because a little tomato sauce adds a lot of flavor -don’t forget the health benefits of lycopene either. Sauce or dip, tzatziki is flavorful, low fat and low calorie also. Search for options along this line.
