A week of recipes
Seven recipes, one a day, added to the online recipe collection. Two festive menus and one extra main course, festive but a little different, we also think of a healthy diet.
The recipes are:
Appetizer – Liver Strips in Salad
Main – Salmon in Mustard Sauce
Dessert – Tiramisu with Blueberries
Appetizer – Smoked Salmon Stack
Main – Wild Boar with Mushrooms
Dessert – Marzipan Filled Pears
Main – Pheasant with Chicory and Cranberries
Or combine them the other way round. You are guaranteed of a meal that is flavorful and elegant. Choosing game meats means choosing extra lean as these animals are more active and their meat does not have so much fat.
