Sweet apples and tangy tomatoes
You will need a handful of apple chips
Two hand fulls of sweet snacking or cherry tomatoes
3 sprigs of chocolate mint, fresh
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
Heat butter on medium high in a heavy skillet. Toss all ingredients together into pan. Cook until the sugar has disappeared and the mint leaves are wilted. Serve warm.
Apple chips are made by slicing an apple thinly and drying them in a dehydrator, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
