Hello dill salmon parcels!
Super easy, prepare them either in the oven or the grill and this dill salmon parcels also supply your share of healthy fats, those ones that lower cholesterol. We should eat oily fish at least once a week; two is probably better.

You will need:
- 4 salmon fillets, 150g each
- 10 ml olive oil – about 2 tsp
- 1g dried dill leaves -about 1/2 tsp- or 3g fresh dill leaves -about 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste
Follow the steps from the recipe.
Dill enhances salmon beautifully; no need to add much salt at all, which is great if you are in a low sodium diet.
